South Indian Bank’s committee allotted 752,831 equity shares under its ESOS scheme

The South Indian Bank Ltd. announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 7,52,831 equity shares to eligible grantees under the SIB ESOS Scheme – 2008 on October 26, 2026, following the exercise of stock options. The allotments included 4,62,888 shares from Tranche 12, 1,90,554 shares from Tranche 13, 21,985 shares from Tranche 14, 30,400 shares from Tranche 15, 630 shares from Tranche 16, and 46,374 shares from Tranche 19, with exercise prices ranging from Rs 16.50 to Rs 27.14 per option. Consequently, the issued and subscribed capital of the bank increased to Rs 2,62,02,56,538.00 divided into 2,62,02,56,538 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
