BGR Energy Systems appoints Ram Naresh Singh Tomar, increases authorized share capital

BGR ENERGY SYSTEMS LIMITED announced the appointment of Mr. Ram Naresh Singh Tomar as an Additional Director in the category of Whole-Time Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval, and Mr. Harish Gupta as President – Finance and Strategy, effective October 26, 2026. The company’s board also approved an increase in its authorized share capital from Rs 200 crore, divided into 20 crore equity shares, to Rs 400 crore, divided into 40 crore equity shares, also subject to shareholder approval.
