Pace Digitek Limited, formerly known as Pace Digitek Private Limited and Pace Digitek Infra Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on October 31, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and the limited review report from its statutory auditors, with the trading window for company insiders closed from October 1, 2026, and set to reopen 48 hours after the financial results are released.
