Indegene Limited announced the incorporation of a step-down wholly owned subsidiary, INDEGENE PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL LDA, on October 23, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Indegene Ireland Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indegene Limited, holds 100% of the share capital of the newly incorporated entity, which will focus on services for the life sciences, healthcare, and biopharmaceutical sectors, as well as corporate services and content development.
