Poonawalla Fincorp to issue Rs 2000 crore in debentures listed on the BSE

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced that its finance committee approved the issuance of secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures totaling Rs 2000,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Crore only) through a private placement to eligible investors, to be listed on the BSE Limited. The issuance includes PFL NCD SERIES ZCB G1 FY 2026 - 27 for an amount up to Rs 1250,00,00,000 (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Crore only) and PFL NCD SERIES G2 FY 2026 -27 for an amount up to Rs 750,00,00,000 (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Crore only).
