Mefcom Capital Markets Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at its registered office to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. Trading window for company insiders, including directors, key managerial personnel, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
