Tempsens Instruments board to meet October 30 to review financial results and appointments

Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited, formerly known as Tempsens Instruments (India) Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as well as to consider the appointment of Mr. Aryan Rathi as an additional director and remuneration, and the appointment of a Joint Statutory Auditor. The board will also recommend and ratify the Tempsens Instruments Employees Stock Option Plan 2025 and the extension of its benefits to eligible employees of the group company, including subsidiary, associate, and holding companies.
