Ramco Systems Ltd share price slipped 0.40% to Rs 529.15 after the company's net profit fell 19.64% to Rs 0.45 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 5.32% to Rs 181.97 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Software Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.3 lakh crore, crashing by 18.37%. It has softened by 6.08% over last one week and retreating 10.24% in last one month while the market capitalization of Ramco Systems Ltd has slipped by 7.40% and 24.98% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Ramco Systems Ltd stood at Rs 2.53 crore in Q3 FY26, plunging by 84.94% year-on-year, and nosediving by 26.67% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 24 crore, tumbling by 35.75% YoY and rising 5.25% sequentially.
Total expenses saw a slight increase of 5.39% to Rs 179.75 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 81.5 crore, easing 3.66% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 18.54% to Rs 700.95 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 222.95% to Rs 42.06 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 5769% to Rs 151.24 crore, and PBT tumbled by 285% to Rs 48.95 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 134.45 crore in FY26, as against Rs 113.35 crore in FY25.
Ramco Systems Ltd plunged by 11.13% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 13.52% during the same period.
