Ramco Systems Ltd share price declined by 0.40% to Rs 529.15 after the company's net profit contracted by 19.64% to Rs 0.45 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 5.32% to Rs 181.97 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Ramco Systems Ltd stood at Rs 2.53 crore in Q3 FY26, plunging by 84.94% year-on-year, and crashing by 26.67% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 24 crore, tumbling by 35.75% YoY and easing 5.25% sequentially.
Total expenses posted a minor rise of 5.39% to Rs 179.75 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 81.5 crore, inching up 3.66% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 18.54% to Rs 700.95 crore, while net profit plunged by 222.95% to Rs 42.06 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 5769% to Rs 151.24 crore, and PBT tumbled by 285% to Rs 48.95 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 134.45 crore in FY26, as against Rs 113.35 crore in FY25.
Ramco Systems Ltd nosedived by 10.77% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 13.37% during the same period.
