Adani Total Gas Ltd share price softened by 1.06% to Rs 553.3. The Company's net profit soared by 22.26% to Rs 173.27 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 10.85% to Rs 1943.72 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Adani Total Gas Ltd stood at Rs 241.76 crore in Q3 FY26, advancing by 10.43% year-on-year, and surging by 29.35% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 314 crore, gaining 9.36% YoY and expanding by 21.93% sequentially.
Total expenses saw a slight increase of 8.89% to Rs 1687.93 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1446.3 crore, going up by 10.89% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 13.77 crore, inching up 2.46% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 17.89% to Rs 5894.41 crore, while net profit saw a marginal increase of 0.20% to Rs 655.72 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 114099% to Rs 1156.73 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 0.81% to Rs 881.89 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1148.66 crore in FY26, as against Rs 963.87 crore in FY25.
Adani Total Gas Ltd plunged by 11.21% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 13.37% during the same period.
