Swiggy's board re-appointed Anand Kripalu and Suparna Mitra for five-year terms

Swiggy Limited said its board approved the re-appointment of Anand Kripalu as Non-Executive, Independent Director & Chairman for a five-year term commencing December 4, 2026, and the re-appointment of Suparna Mitra as Non-Executive, Independent Director for a five-year term starting April 1, 2027, both subject to shareholder approval.
