Bansal Wire Industries Ltd share price softened by 3.43% to Rs 60.5. The Company's net profit jumped 158.55% to Rs 52.9 crore, while revenue from operations gained 12.01% to Rs 1308.14 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Bansal Wire Industries Ltd stood at Rs 71.81 crore in Q3 FY26, rallying 40.86% year-on-year, and expanding by 175.77% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 104 crore, surging by 44.77% YoY and jumping 86.02% sequentially.
Total expenses grew marginally by 8.19% to Rs 1219.02 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1027.78 crore, going up by 11.61% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 54.09 crore, soaring 15.21% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 18.61% to Rs 4159.79 crore, while net profit grew slightly 9.95% to Rs 160.94 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 28316% to Rs 296.8 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 1.59% to Rs 206.91 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 333.08 crore in FY26, as against Rs 153.3 crore in FY25.
Bansal Wire Industries Ltd declined by 4.86% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 12.69% during the same period.
