Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited announced that its Board of Directors noted the appointment of R G N Price & Co, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for the year 2026-27, an appointment made by the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), New Delhi, effective October 22, 2026.
