HDFC Bank allotted shares to employees via stock options, boosting share capital

HDFC Bank Limited announced today the allotment of 91,38,522 equity shares to its employees through the exercise of options and restricted stock units under its Employees Stock Options Scheme and Employee Stock Incentive Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from 15,41,85,97,348 equity shares to 15,42,77,35,870 equity shares.
