The Ugar Sugar Works Limited submitted certificates received under SEBI (Depository Participate) Regulation 74 (5) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization up to September 30, 2026, were confirmed and that the security certificates have been mutilated and cancelled after verification.
