Shriram Properties appoints Revathy Iyer and Dr. Seetharaman as independent directors

Shriram Properties Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Revathy Iyer and Dr. R. Seetharaman as Additional Directors and Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective October 22, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Iyer, a former Central Board Member of the Reserve Bank of India, and Dr. Seetharaman, the former CEO of Doha Bank, are not related to any other directors and were appointed following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
