RO Jewels Limited informed the BSE that it has received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming no requests were received for dematerialisation/rematerialisation of shares during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
