Satiate Agri Limited's Committee of Creditors met to discuss the CIRP process

Satiate Agri Limited, under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), informed the BSE that its Committee of Creditors (CoC) convened and conducted a meeting on October 19, 2026, via video conference, where members discussed and voted on several agendas including developments since the last CoC meeting, comparative statement of CIRP costs, approval of estimated CIRP expenses, appointment of valuers and ratification of fees, publication of Form G, and terms of the Expression of Value and Resolution Framework Plan.
