UBS AG converts warrants, receives 20.5 million shares in 360 ONE WAM Limited

360 ONE WAM Limited announced that UBS AG has converted warrants and been allotted 2,05,02,939 equity shares, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital to Rs 42,84,17,139 comprising 42,84,17,139 equity shares, according to a regulatory filing on October 22, 2026. UBS AG now holds approximately 4.8% of 360 ONE WAM’s paid-up equity share capital, following the allotment of the shares at an issue price of Rs 1,030 per share and receipt of Rs 1583,85,20,377.50 from the allottee.
