Oracle Financial Services Software Limited’s committee approved equity share allotment to employees

Oracle Financial Services Software Limited announced that its ESOP Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 34,605 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 5 each to eligible employees, including 2,447 shares to a Director, under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014, increasing the company’s paid-up capital to Rs. 435,683,110 divided into 87,136,622 equity shares.
