Gujarat Inject Kerala Limited will seek board approval on Monday, 26th October 2026, to consider a proposal for the issuance of Equity Shares (including Equity Warrants) by way of a preferential allotment, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and the Companies Act, 2013, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited.
