Organic Recycling Systems and Mahanagar Gas Limited to explore CBG opportunities in India

Organic Recycling Systems Limited announced it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Mahanagar Gas Limited to explore potential opportunities in the Compressed Biogas (CBG) value chain in Maharashtra and Karnataka, with Mahanagar Gas Limited having an approximate market capitalization of Rs 10,000 crore. The non-binding MoU will focus on evaluating CBG projects using agricultural waste and other organic feedstocks, and any future commercial arrangements are subject to approvals and definitive agreements.
