Swastika Investmart Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 5,000 employee stock options to eligible employees under the Swastika Investmart Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025, with an exercise price of Rs 52.50 per option, convertible into one equity share with a face value of Re. 2 each.
