Ace Software acquires QeApps for Rs 12 crore, creating a wholly owned subsidiary

Ace Software Exports Limited has completed the acquisition of QeApps Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs 12 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The company also made investments of Rs 1 crore in QeLearn Private Limited and Rs 7 crore in QeMFG Private Limited, both of which are wholly owned subsidiaries. The acquisitions and investments were funded from the net proceeds of a rights issue, and the transactions involved related parties, but were conducted at arm’s length.
