Persistent Systems Limited confirmed a floor price of Rs 5,761.00 per Equity Share for an upcoming issue, as approved by the Special Committee of the Board of Directors and based on the pricing formula prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulations, in a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 21, 2026.
