ICICI Lombard confirms no dematerialization activity during the quarter ended September 30, 2026

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming that no securities were received from a Depository Participant for dematerialization/rematerialization during that period.
