Axis Bank’s stock option exercise boosts paid-up capital by 47,781 equity shares

Axis Bank Limited announced the allotment of 47,781 equity shares of Rs 2 each on October 21, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option / Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 6,227,731,504 to Rs 6,227,827,066.
