Cineline India promoters released significant equity shares from pledge on October 19, 2026

Cineline India Limited disclosed that Himanshu Babubhai Kanakia and Rasesh Babubhai Kanakia, acting as trustees of Ashish Benefit Trust and Vrutant Benefit Trust respectively, along with Rasesh Babubhai Kanakia and Himanshu Babubhai Kanakia individually, released 30,50,000 equity shares and 2,00,000 equity shares, respectively, from pledge on October 19, 2026. The shares were pledged for providing collateral security by the promoters.
