L&T Finance Limited allotted Rs 1500 crore in debentures to investors on a private placement

L&T Finance Limited announced the allotment of 1,50,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on a private placement basis, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 1500 crore to identified investors on October 21, 2026. The debentures, with an original tenor of 1179 days and a coupon rate of 7.8384% per annum, are proposed to be listed on the Negotiated Trade Reporting Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and will mature on September 28, 2029.
