SEAMEC and HAL Offshore secure USD 55 million vessel charter with ONGC

SEAMEC Limited announced on October 21, 2026, that it and HAL Offshore Limited have entered into a contract with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for the charter hire of the vessel SEAMEC ANANT for IMR jobs. The charter hire period is approximately 1225 days, with a total contract value of about USD 55 million exclusive of GST, and the transaction is considered a related party transaction as HAL Offshore Limited holds 70.77% shareholding in SEAMEC Limited.
