Yash Highvoltage Limited allotted shares, raising Rs 46,000 through employee stock options

Yash Highvoltage Limited announced the allotment of 9,200 equity shares on October 21, 2026, following the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under the Yash Highvoltage Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025. The allotment increased the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 14,94,38,400 divided into 2,98,87,680 shares of Rs 5 each to Rs 14,94,84,400 divided into 2,98,96,880 shares of Rs 5 each, and realized Rs 46,000 from the exercise of options.
