Pine Labs Limited invested 2499993297 Indian rupees in 49,869 equity shares of Synergistic Financial Networks Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, through a rights issue, according to a regulatory filing. The investment, made on October 21, 2026, will fund Synergistic Financial Networks Private Limited’s working capital requirements and support its growth opportunities, and the company’s shareholding percentage in the subsidiary remains unchanged.
