Raymond Lifestyle Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Trading window for securities of the company will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading.
