M&B Engineering Ltd. allotted 2,524 equity shares under its employee stock option plan

M&B Engineering Ltd. announced the allotment of 2,524 equity shares under its ‘M&B Engineering Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2024’ following a board resolution dated October 21, 2026. The shares, with a face value of Rs 10 each, were allotted at Rs 196.50 per share, aggregating to Rs 4,95,966, and will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. The total issued share capital of the company after this allotment is Rs 57,16,32,420, comprising 5,71,63,242 equity shares.
