Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd share price softened by 1.28% to Rs 826.15 after the company's net profit tumbled by 31.51% to Rs 81.48 crore, while revenue from operations gained 14.45% to Rs 1057.84 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd stood at Rs 105.36 crore in Q3 FY26, tanking 32.71% year-on-year, and plunging by 35.51% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 151 crore, slipping 1.77% YoY and falling 10.35% sequentially.
Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 22.24% to Rs 924.83 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 673.48 crore, marginally falling by 4.57% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 33.3 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 107.61% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 108.51% to Rs 3331.42 crore, while net profit jumped 109.09% to Rs 478.65 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 29735% to Rs 620.67 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 112.87% to Rs 639.62 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 286.95 crore in FY26, as against Rs 302.7 crore in FY25.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd plunged by 33.12% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has reduced by 12.46% during the same period.
