Meesho Limited granted equity shares to employees via its ESOP 2024 Plan

Meesho Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 3,44,262 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each to eligible employees upon the exercise of vested options under the Company’s ESOP 2024 Plan, increasing the issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 4,62,85,20,929 to Rs 4,62,88,65,191.
