PI Industries Limited establishes PI Foundation as a wholly owned, not-for-profit subsidiary

PI Industries Limited announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, PI Foundation, on October 19, 2026, under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with a registered office in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The subsidiary, which is established as a not-for-profit organization, will carry out corporate social responsibility activities and is 100% owned by PI Industries Limited and its subsidiaries with an initial share capital subscription of Rs 1,00,000.
