Mindspace Business Parks REIT (BSE: 543217 | NSE: MINDSPACE) has been named GRESB 2026 Sector Leader across both the Development and Standing Investments benchmarks, achieving a perfect score of 100 out of 100 in the Development Benchmark and a score of 94.2 out of 100 in the Standing Investments benchmark. The recognition, based on assessments by GRESB, identifies the REIT as a Global Sector Leader and Regional Sector Leader, reflecting its focus on sustainability practices across its portfolio of Grade A office assets in Mumbai Region, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
