NDA Securities confirms securities dematerialization compliance with SEBI regulations

NDA Securities Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were accepted by the depositories and listed on stock exchanges, with certificates mutilated and cancelled following verification by Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited.
