Profit before tax (PBT) of Rossari Biotech Ltd stood at Rs 49.27 crore in Q3 FY26, declining 0.81% year-on-year, and rising 3.36% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 86 crore, jumping 22.84% YoY and advancing by 11.54% sequentially.
Total expenses slightly declined by 0.24% to Rs 640.68 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 475.64 crore, slightly declining by 7.59% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 43.62 crore, softening 0.95% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 15.19% to Rs 2396.37 crore, while net profit saw a marginal increase of 9.41% to Rs 149.21 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 27212% to Rs 263.52 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 9.36% to Rs 202.52 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 65.07 crore in FY26, as against Rs 137.44 crore in FY25.
Rossari Biotech Ltd plunged by 32.40% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 10.47% during the same period.
