Gujarat Cotex confirms dematerialization of shares via Purva Sharegistry, per BSE filing

Gujarat Cotex Limited submitted a confirmation certificate to the BSE Limited, received from Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd., under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of 400 shares held by V Veeraiah, among others, between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
