Aurum Proptech Ltd share price declined by 1.22% to Rs 239.2 after the company's net profit tanked by 90.50% to Rs 4.29 crore, while revenue from operations gained 16.41% to Rs 130.19 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Aurum Proptech Ltd stood at Rs 6.82 crore in Q3 FY26, crashing by 171.71% year-on-year, and tumbling by 85.43% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 27 crore, surging by 79.58% YoY and jumping 15.46% sequentially.
Total expenses rose by 13.30% to Rs 124.39 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 34.16 crore, improving by 9.49% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 50.77% to Rs 381.09 crore, while net profit plunged by 71.23% to Rs 11.63 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 4099% to Rs 56.84 crore, and PBT tumbled by 65.53% to Rs 14.96 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 62.93 crore in FY26, as against Rs 27.68 crore in FY25.
Aurum Proptech Ltd jumped 44.49% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 10.04% during the same period.
