Gayatri Sugars Limited informed BSE Limited that it received a certificate from Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited, its RTA, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pertaining to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming no securities were received for dematerialization or rematerialization.
