REMSONS INDUSTRIES LIMITED announced the appointment of Mrs. Shivani Kejriwal (DIN: 10041809) as an Additional Whole-time Director for a term of 5 years, from October 16, 2026, to October 15, 2031, subject to member approval. Mrs. Kejriwal, aged 45, is a Promoter of the company and previously held roles at Koohsports and IMG Reliance, and will focus on sales and marketing within the Remsons Group. She is the daughter-in-law of Mr. Krishna Kejriwal and Mrs. Chand Kejriwal, both directors of the company.
