Velox Shipping receives Rs 5.07 crore as warrant holders convert equity shares

Velox Shipping and Logistics Limited, formerly Velox Industries Limited, announced the allotment of 56,31,107 equity shares to warrant holders following the conversion of warrants, according to a regulatory filing on Friday. The company received Rs 5,06,79,963 in consideration for the conversion, representing 75% of the total consideration for the warrants. Additionally, the board appointed Mr. Omkar Prakash Kulkarni as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) with immediate effect.
