Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited announced that its Management Committee of Board of Directors approved the allotment of 3,800 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 38,00,00,000, on a private placement basis, with a final maturity date of April 15, 2028.
