Blue Star International FZCO to strike off Ugandan subsidiary with AED 531,000 negative net worth

Blue Star Limited announced that the Board of Directors of its wholly owned subsidiary, Blue Star International FZCO, approved the voluntary strike off of Blue Star Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (U) Limited, a step down subsidiary, subject to completion of necessary formalities in Uganda. Blue Star Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (U) Limited was incorporated on June 27, 2023, and has a negative net worth of AED 5,31,000, approximately Rs 1.35 crore, as of March 31, 2026, and the strike-off is expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2027.
