Brightcom Group appoints Nagendra N Naidu as Company Secretary, effective October 1, 2026

Brightcom Group Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Nagendra N Naidu as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 1, 2026, succeeding Ms. Shweta Singh, who will cease to hold those positions also effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Naidu is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with Membership No. FCS 4514 and brings experience from Teknomin Aqua Exports (India) Limited, Fine Drugs and Chemicals Limited, among other companies.
