Metropolis Healthcare Limited allotted shares valued at INR 19,032 under its stock unit plan

Metropolis Healthcare Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 9,516 equity shares at an exercise price of INR 2 each, aggregating to INR 19,032, against vested and exercised Restrictive Stock Units under the Metropolis -Restrictive Stock Unit Plan, 2020. The newly issued shares, with a par value of INR 2, will rank pari-passu with existing shares, and 50% of the shares allotted to each employee will be subject to a one-year lock-in period expiring on October 13, 2027.
