Ramco Systems confirms securities dematerialisation compliance with regulatory filings

Ramco Systems Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that it has received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Cameo Corporate Services Limited, confirming the dematerialisation and rematerialisation of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
